Tina Turner Beats Fela to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Ellen DeGeneres to End Talk Show

Fela Kuti misses out to Tina Turner on induction into the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Other new inductees are by Jay Z, Foo Fighters, Carole King, Todd Rundgren and The Go-Go’s.

Also, Ellen DeGeneres has announced that her talk show will end after its 19th season next year.

Meanwhile, American actress, Phylicia Rashad is returning to her alma mater as the new dean of the Howard University College of Fine Arts.
